The export company "LIizagro" has a fascinating history that spans back to 2015. Its founder, Luis Lizano, started it as a small local pineapple operation in a modest warehouse. Over time, it began to be quoted by the strong pineapple consuming companies. ​ In its early years it was only dedicated to planting and distributing pineapple, but now in 2023 it has a wide line of fruits and tubers such as Cassava, Sweet Potato, Ginger and Squash.
